Why Conway Twitty Is the Butt of 'Family Guy' Jokes

Conway Twitty died in 1993 at 59 years old, but his memory would exist routinely resurrected in i of the oddest places for a land-music fable: the notoriously off-kilter (and off-color) Fob blithe series Family Guy. In November 2007, "Hello Darlin'" made its Family Guy debut, as role of an episode called Peter'southward Daughter. "Conway Twitty is here and he'southward pissed! Oh look, he'southward wearing the Darth Vader helmet," he says, alluding to some other Twitty cameo in Family Guy's Star Wars parody. "Nevermind he'southward cool with it."
